The design is done through a high-quality sublimation printing process. The design is pressed with high heat on the mug, there is no feel to the design, and it will not crack, peel or fray.  - All my items are made-to-order. It means that when you place your order, we print that item just for you, one at a time for the best quality. Please allow 1-2business days for your print to be made and be shipped 2-4 business days.
