Shipping and Handling | Unfortunately we are NOT responsible for any lost items or packages.  If your package hasn’t been delivered but tracking shows it has, contact your local post office and talk to a customer service representative and see if they can help locate your package.



Processing Time | Orders may take up to 1-5 business days prier to being shipped out. Once it has been mailed out you will receive an email with tracking information for your order.  

 

To be eligible for a Return or Exchange, your item(s) must be:
- within 10 days being received, unused and in the same condition it was received.
-Buyer is responsible for return postage cost.

Personalized items cannot be returned due to it being customized.
