Monthly Kind Mail Subscription Agreement / Policy

By subscribing to the Monthly Kind Mail service, you agree to the following terms:

Monthly Subscription

Kind Mail is a recurring monthly subscription. Each month, you will receive a themed package that may include a postcard, letter, stickers, and coordinating surprise items. Themes and contents change every month.

Because these are going to be sent with USPS postage, there won't be any tracking information for the envelopes.

Billing & Payments

Your subscription will be billed automatically each month on the date you originally subscribed.

If a payment fails, our system will automatically attempt to collect payment three times.

• If all three attempts fail, your subscription will be cancelled.
• You will not be charged again until you manually reactivate your subscription.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

• Cancellations apply to future charges only.
• Any orders already processed or billed will still be fulfilled.

 Changes to Subscription

We may update themes, items included, or subscription pricing as needed. Any pricing changes will be communicated in advance.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

• Keep payment information up to date
• Reactivate the subscription if it becomes paused
• Manage cancellations before the next billing date

Acuerdo de Suscripción Mensual de Kind Mail

Al suscribirte al servicio mensual de Kind Mail, aceptas los siguientes términos:

Suscripción Mensual

Kind Mail es una suscripción mensual recurrente. Cada mes recibirás un paquete con una temática especial que puede incluir una postal, una carta, stickers y otros artículos sorpresa que combinen con el tema del mes. Los temas y el contenido cambiarán cada mes.

Facturación y Pagos

Tu suscripción se cobrará automáticamente cada mes en la misma fecha en la que te suscribiste originalmente.

Si un pago no se puede procesar, nuestro sistema intentará realizar el cobro automáticamente hasta tres veces.

Si los tres intentos fallan, tu suscripción será cancelada. No se te volverá a cobrar hasta que reactives tu suscripción manualmente.

Política de Cancelación

Puedes cancelar tu suscripción en cualquier momento.

Las cancelaciones se aplican únicamente a cargos futuros. Cualquier pedido que ya haya sido procesado o cobrado se preparará y enviará normalmente.

Cambios en la Suscripción

Podemos actualizar el precio de la suscripción cuando sea necesario. Cualquier cambio de precio será comunicado con anticipación.

Responsabilidad del Cliente

Es responsabilidad del cliente:

● Mantener actualizada la información de pago.

● Reactivar la suscripción si llega a pausarse.

● Cancelar la suscripción antes de la próxima fecha de cobro si no desea continuar.
