By subscribing to the Monthly Happy Mail service, you agree to the following terms:

Monthly Subscription

Happy Mail is a recurring monthly subscription. Each month, you will receive a themed package that may include a postcard, letter, stickers, and coordinating surprise items. Themes and contents change every month.

Billing & Payments

Your subscription will be billed automatically each month on the date you originally subscribed.

If a payment fails, our system will automatically attempt to collect payment three times.

• If all three attempts fail, your subscription will be cancelled.
• You will not be charged again until you manually reactivate your subscription.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

• Cancellations apply to future charges only.
• Any orders already processed or billed will still be fulfilled.

 Changes to Subscription

We may update themes, items included, or subscription pricing as needed. Any pricing changes will be communicated in advance.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

• Keep payment information up to date
• Reactivate the subscription if it becomes paused
• Manage cancellations before the next billing date
